My Work Experience
-
Nazarbayev University
Dec 2020 - Present
Junior Research Assistant
My first step into the field of solar energy was supervised by Prof. Askhat Jumabekov. My main responsibility in his group is to perform computational, theoretical, and numerical simulation on perovskite solar cells. Also, I contributed to fit the experimental results gained from the laboratory in order to gain theoretical parameters and explain the physics behind the devices.
-
UpWork (Freelance)
January 2021 - January 2022
Front-end Developer
I have successfully funished multiple project for commercial companies to present their services/products in the web. It involved simple single page website using pure HTML, CSS, and JS.
-
LLP MANUL
May 2022 - May 2023
Senior Front-end Developer
The company provides digital solutions and analytics for large oil and gas companies. There, I developed desktop applications and web applications (React.js) for several oilfields, where it allow managers and engineers to view a company’s oil management and production processes in real-time, as well as its variation history. One of main digital transformation projects is application for a subsidiary. The project includes real-time monitoring to handle huge amount of data with +3000 oil wells, and I successfully managed to build optimized interface for end-users.

My Story
I developed a keen interest in electrical engineering during my early childhood. I spent my childhood in the western part of Kazakhstan, Atyrau. This region is filled with many factories to produce electricity for its population. The factories emit a lot of greenhouse gases into the environment, making Atyrau one of the most polluted cities in Kazakhstan. I started wondering about possible alternative solutions of energy sources that reduce pollution. Solar energy was the best option due to high amount of incoming sunlight. As a result, I am inspired to apply the use of solar cells, specifically commercialization to produce eco-friendly energy source in Kazakhstan. My first step into the field of solar energy started at Nazarbayev University as a research assistant under the supervision of Prof. Askhat Jumabekov. My first two months of research assistance were dedicated to a fabrication of thin film perovskite-based solar cells in our labs. Later, I started working in modeling the devices on a computer. From that point, I started to develop interest to computer science. Specifically, I started learning and working as a front-end developer (software engineer).
